About the Role:
You will oversee all aspects of our company’s treasury function. This includes cash management, liquidity planning, bank relationships, financial risk management, credit limits, and debtor collection management. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the CFO, finance team, banks, and business units. Your expertise will directly impact ANCA’s success by ensuring financial stability, minimising risks, and optimising liquidity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure efficient utilisation of funds.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to effectively manage cash requirements.
- Develop global strategies to optimise cash flow and liquidity management including the use of “sweeping” accounts.
- Manage global intercompany transactions and borrowing processes, reporting and documentation.
- Management of global credit card programs to ensure minimal bank and overseas transactions fees being incurred.
- Management and reporting of ANCA Debtor financing program, including the policing of deferred assessment process globally.
- Identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange and credit risk.
- Provide timely reports on cash positions, debtor outstanding and financial performance of treasury function.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in treasury and cash management.
- Bachelors in finance/Accounting/Commerce.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
