Position Overview
This newly PMO Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing a diverse team of Project Managers and establishing standardized practices across the organization. This position ensures the successful execution of product development projects while providing strategic oversight and governance across multiple departments, including Engineering, Operations, and Product Management.
In this role, you will drive key project management frameworks, oversee budget forecasting, and manage resources effectively to align with business objectives. You will also play a crucial role in risk management and continuous improvement, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Manager with a proven track record in leading project management initiatives within complex, multi-functional production or operations environments.
- Significant experience in Project Management, including leadership within a PMO.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective project management frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budget forecasting and cost control.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in engineering and product-based settings.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and structured issue resolution.
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
