ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the realignment of the CPE team from product oriented to technical expertise we are excited to announce three new Team Leader opportunities within the Current Product Engineering (CPE) group:

AS A TEAM LEADER, YOU WILL

Key Responsibilities
-
Team Leadership & Development:
-
Manage, coach, and mentor engineers and senior engineers, driving performance and professional growth.
-
Build and maintain a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer service.
-
Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession planning and knowledge retention.
-
Use performance management frameworks to assess, reward, and develop team members.
-

Technical & Operational Excellence:
-
Perform technical tasks at a senior engineer level and provide technical guidance within project teams.
-
Lead and participate in design reviews, ensuring quality and compliance with engineering standards.
-
Support the documentation and implementation of best practices and efficient engineering workflows.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
-
Support ANCA’s Innovation Framework, encouraging technical creativity and curiosity.
-
Stay current with technology trends and promote their application within the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with internal departments (Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Marketing, Quality, After Sales) and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, vendors).
-
Key Competencies & Attributes-
Proven leadership in managing single- and multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Technical expertise at a senior engineer level, with a focus on machine tool design.
