Your Role as a Quality Control Inspector
As a Quality Control Inspector at CTS, you will play a vital role in upholding the integrity of our supply chain. You will employ advanced measurement techniques to ensure that materials, parts, and products align with customer specifications and requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting inspections, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving quality improvements throughout our manufacturing processes.
In this engaging role, you will perform tasks such as incoming goods inspections, in-process monitoring, and utilizing a variety of metrology instruments. You will support our Quality Engineer and assist in implementing corrective actions to enhance our quality management systems.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality assurance.
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and various metrology equipment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, and quality control principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar standards; experience with AS9100 QMS is an advantage.
