Position Overview
The Applications Engineer plays a crucial role in the testing of grinding applications processes, ensuring quality products through comprehensive testing and validation. This position collaborates with various engineering disciplines, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to meet project goals and enhance product offerings.
As an Applications Engineer, you will work under the supervision of senior engineers, applying your judgement and initiative to deliver engineering solutions while adhering to best practices and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically adept individual with a passion for engineering and problem-solving.
- Strong background in process design and grinding applications, including engineering physics and material technology.
- Experience with machine kinematics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and part programming.
- Familiarity with GD&T and drafting to ASME Y14.5-2009 standards.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
