Position Overview

The ANCA Apprentice Program offers a structured pathway for individuals to receive practical training in mechanical fitting, machining, and mechatronics. This program equips apprentices with essential skills through hands-on experience in areas such as CNC machining, machine assembly, precision rotational assembly, and process engineering.

As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced tradespeople and engineers, gaining insights into fault-finding, problem-solving, and process improvement techniques while contributing to ANCA's reputation for engineering excellence.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

• Completion of, or equivalent, Year 10 Victorian High School is essential.
• Demonstrated interest in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven ability in Year 10 maths.
• Work experience in a technical trade or mechanical environment is desirable.
• Competence in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
