Position Overview

The Operations Director will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and operational performance of ANCA’s manufacturing processes. This role encompasses overseeing Maintenance, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize the utilization of resources and drive efficiencies that meet world-class standards of quality and on-time delivery.

The Operations Director will work closely with the General Manager to establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring that operational goals align with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead production, planning, and quality teams to achieve DIFOT and cost targets
• Drive lean manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Oversee technology roadmap, including robotics and digital factory systems
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and OH&S requirements
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime
• Build leadership capability and talent pipelines for future growth

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a leader with a strong background in manufacturing and operational management who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant senior leadership experience managing multiple operational functions.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in operational technology integration, particularly in automation and digital manufacturing.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of operational excellence and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI, robotics, and Industry 4.0 systems
• Familiarity with BOI, customs, and export regulations in Thailand
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving ability
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to operational excellence
