Role Overview
As a Senior Front-End Engineer with Full-Stack Experience, you will be instrumental in designing and developing ANCA's new smart factory solution. This role involves utilizing the latest autonomous robotic technology and ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, and IoT platforms, adhering to industry standards like ISA-95, ISA-18.2, and OPC UA.
You will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to product design and code delivery. We are looking for an experienced problem-solver with a strong background in front-end development, particularly in visualizing real-time, event-driven data streams, and a big-picture thinker who can motivate and guide their peers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical skills, industry knowledge, and a collaborative spirit.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and React with practical experience in modern architecture patterns.
- Strong UX capabilities with a user-centric approach, and proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA-95, ISA-18.2, and OPC UA.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Additional experience in real-time visualization, industrial automation concepts, and knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures will be highly advantageous. A strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and practices, including test automation, will contribute to your success in this role.
