About the Role
This full-time permanent role is focused on supporting manufacturing process improvement, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives such as CKD and automated material delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise quality, cost, and throughput, while supporting day-to-day production needs and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain functions
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Monitor performance metrics and support improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, diploma, or certification in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- 1–4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
- Knowledge of assembly and machining processes
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to grow into increased responsibility
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, AutoCAD)
