About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join our team located in our Rayong Plant, Thailand.
To provide support to Asia Branches and management in terms of on-going service, spares coordination and administration tasks. This also includes support to other branches outside of the Asia region and may include sales administration related tasks.
Health and Safety:
- Maintain a health and safe work environment and work with the manager/supervisor and co-workers to mitigate and eliminate hazards that put at risk fellow employees
- Eliminate risks in the working environment by conducting housekeeping, conducting risk assessments, and working the line manager to eliminate or at least mitigate the hazards
- Observe all Health and Safety instructions (including always wearing all prescribed PPE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the ANCA service CRM.
- Management of ERP systems.
- Manages the return of goods sent under warranty in a timely fashion.
- Follows up with Aftersales – Spare parts for parts required for customer machines.
- Manages the QAD and Jira support and training requests from other branches.
- Support sales dept with trade shows
- Arranging accommodation for aftersales personnel as well as customer/agents coming for run-offs when required.
- Assisting customers with support requests
- Interfacing with ANCA Thailand and ANCA Australia for parts shipments and documentation requirements
- Follow up outstanding service debtors monthly with support from finance.
- Supporting customers and service engineers to coordinate best lead time for repairs.
Qualification:
- Business administration experience in or or a field relevant to the industry.
- Service or admin at sales or service department 1-3 year.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Service or admin at sales or service department 1-3 year.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Able to meet deadlines and organise work priorities for self and the team
- Demonstrate a flexible and “can do” attitude
- Able to work on agreed initiatives with minimal support
- Demonstrated People Management skills
- Able to meet deadlines plan and organise work priorities
- Demonstrated PC Skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases)
- Collaborative working relationship
