Position Overview
The Test Engineering Team Leader will oversee the Test Engineering function within ANCA Motion, ensuring that our motion control systems, servo drives, and industrial automation products are thoroughly validated and compliant with all relevant standards. This leadership role will involve mentoring a team of Test Engineers and establishing a culture of quality and traceability in product testing.
In this position, you will be responsible for defining verification and validation strategies, managing product compliance, and driving improvements in testing processes. Your expertise will guide the team to ensure that products are production-ready and meet the highest quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a strong background in engineering validation and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading engineering or validation teams in industrial or automation environments.
- Strong understanding of system-level testing for embedded products and product compliance obligations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and deliver industrial products to market.
